Restaurant Carnivore is an exceptional restaurant nestled in the historic district of Uccle, right in the heart of the iconic Place St Job. Specially dedicated to meat lovers, it offers a culinary experience where the quality of the products takes priority above all else.

At Carnivore, we select only the finest meats from the best farms in Spain and across Europe. Our meats are dry-aged for several weeks in temperature- and humidity-controlled chambers to enhance their full depth of flavor. We prioritize breeds such as Rubia Gallega, Angus, and Holstein, raised with respect for tradition and animal welfare.
